DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOUR THERAPY
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is useful for of psychotherapy to help those challenged with emotional regulation, and helps them to manage their life better. Its a great addition to Infusion Therapy and is structured as a series of eight weekly online group sessions to build important skills using an adult learning approach. We also have a simultaneous series of four bi-weekly sessions to help patients family's get support in their loved one's journey.

Professor Shabir Moosa
MBChB, MMed, MBA, PhD
Prof. Moosa is an academic family physician with over thirty years of experience in family medicine practice. He is our medical director and will be administering the infusions personally. He is passionate about the value of this drug in treating mental illness, after personal experience with its use.
